Belgrade City Tour & River Cruise
Full Day guided tour of Belgrade, to explore the capital city of Serbia – one of the oldest cities in Europe, After breakfast we transfer to the Vračar plateau, where we’ll see one of the most important sights of Belgrade – Saint Sava Temple, one of the biggest orthodox temples on the Balkans. In the vicinity is located the National Serbian Library. Continue further to the city center and Slavija Square, St. Mark Church and the Serbian Parliament Building, Republic Square, the National Theatre and National Museum. A walk through the always lively Knez Mihailo Street, main walking and shopping zone, on our way to Kalemegdan, we will visit the Congregational Church.The tour will end at Kalemegdan, the most important cultural-historic complex of the city. In the Kalemegdan Park, on the confluence of the rivers Sava and Danube, the Belgrade Fortress raises proudly, and is the witness of the tumultuous history of this ancient city. In the afternoon we take a river cruise to enjoy the views of Belgrade from the boat (1.5 hrs) Dinner and overnight.

Belgrade – Old town of Smederevo and its fortress 1 hrs – Topola and Oplenac Hill 1.5 hrs – Thermal and SPA in Vrnjacka Banja2 hrs
Morning transfer to the town of Smederovo. It used to keep guard of Roman Empire’s borders, and later on the main roads of Constantinople passed next to it. Further, we reach the small town of Topola, where we will visit the Karadjordje’s Konak and the old church, a place where Djordje Petrović -Karadjordje, one of the most important characters in Serbian history, lived and from where he started the First Serbian Uprising, a war against the Ottoman invaders. We will climb to the Oplenac hill, a beautiful green area covered with wood, where is located the St. George church, buit in the 20th century, as a house of prayer for all the members of the Serbian Royal family. The church has Byzantine style, with five domes and completely covered with white marble. The interior of the church is a spectacle of colors and light, with lavishly decorated marble floors and colored glass mosaics. A surface of 3 500m2 is covered with more than 40 million peace of tiles, in more than 15 000 shades of different colors representing the most extensive gallery of copies of Serbian medieval fresco paintings in one place. We’ll also visit Petar’s House, the Museum of the Karađorđević family, palace, Royal vineyards and the Winery. Next we enjoy some wine degustation and visit of the cellars. In the afternoon reach Vrnjacka Banja, one of the best SPA cities in Serbia, with many hot springs. Overnight, Tour of Serbia and Montenegro.

Vrnjacka Banja – Zica Monastery 30 min – Studenica monastery 1 hrs *UNESCO – The eco village of Sirogojno 2 hrs – Zlatibor 1 hrs
This morning we visit the monastery of Zica, built in 1221. The monastery was founded by first Serbian King Stefan Nemanjić the First-Crowned. Here 7 medieval kings of Serbian Kingdom were crowned. The church along with the whole monastery belongs to the Raška architectural style and has red facades. A popular legend says that for every king crowned here a new entrance to the monastery was opened. Frescoes of the monastery belong to Byzantine school and were made in the beginning of the 13th century during so-called Golden epoch of Serbian art. Architecture and riches of Žiča monastery are the reason why it was included into the „Rout of culture Transromanica“– rout that binds European heritage of the Romanesque period. Further we visit another monastery, part of the “Rout of culture Transromanica“– Studenica Monastery, built in 1196. Studenica Monastery is one of the most valuable, biggest and important monasteries of Serbian Orthodox Church. This is the second Serbian monument that had the honor to be included into the list of UNESCO World Heritage in 1986. The Monastery hosts 4 churches: Church of the Holy Virgin (Raška architecture style), Church of Joachim and Ana, Saint Nicholas Church and foundation of St. John the Baptist Church. Frescoes of the Monastery have depicted the development of Serbian medieval art and represent a masterpiece of Byzantine paintings from the beginning of the 13th century. Sacristy of Studenica keeps the ring of Stefan Nemanja, metal objects and other valuable relics. After these 2 religious visits, we continue towards Zlatibor mountain, a mountain of pine forests. Along the way we stop at the eco village of Sirogojno, an open museum village, with old wooden houses with thatch roofs, hand-made furniture and old crafts instruments. Relaxing evening at our hotel in the mountains. For dinner we can try some local prosciutto made in Zlatibor. Overnight in Zlatibor. Tour of Serbia and Montenegro.

Zlatibor – Kolasin – National Park of Biogradska Gora (Montenegro)
Leaving Serbia, we drive towards the mountain village of Kolasin, and the National Park of Biogradska Gora, located in Montenegro.
We visit the park, One of the UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves, this area is one of the last three large virgin forests in Europe. The landscape is one of mountain ridges, glacial lakes, and temperate forest. Although it is the smallest of four National Parks in Montenegro, Biogradska Gora National Park contains a big diversity of flora and fauna, including 220 different plants, 150 kinds of birds, 86 kinds of trees.
We enjoy a walk in the Biogadsko lake, located at an altitude of 1094m
We spend the afternoon in Kolasin, the small village surrounded by high mountains and the two rivers, Tara and Moraca. Because of its altitude of about 1000 meters and the favorable climate Kolasin is considered a natural SPA area. Dinner with traditional dishes of the village and overnight in Kolasin.

Kolasin – Podgorica – Skadar Lake – Budva
This morning we drive towards the coastal town of Budva, where we will spend the next overnights. Along the way, we take a walking tour of Podgorica, to explore more about the capital city before going to the mountains. We visit the old town and walk through some of the most important historical sites such as Repuclic square, St George church from the 11th century, the Skaline, the Doganjska Mosque from the 15th century, the clock tower, the Millenium and Russian bridges, Entrance to the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ, which with it`s monumental, architectural and artistic value, is a unique, new, religious building.
Further transfer towards Skadar Lake, the biggest lake in the region. It is also one of Europe’s largest bird reserves is surrounded by majestic mountains and lush greenery. Its unspoiled natural beauty with timeless villages along the shore, island monasteries, clear water and lovely meadow of water lilies. Visit the panoramic surroundings and enjoy a boat tour in the lake.
In the afternoon we transfer to Budva, where enjoy a guided tour of the medieval old town. It is a unique architectural and urban town and one of the oldest centers in the Adriatic with more than 2.500 years of history Dinner by the seaside and overnight in Budva.

Budva – The baroque town of Perast and boat ride 1 hrs – Exploring the UNESCO old town of Kotor – Budva
This morning we visit Perast the most picturesque baroque town on the whole Adriatic coast, after the drive through the panoramic road overlooking the Boka Bay
Arriving in Perast, we take a boat tour and reach the artificial island, built in the 15th century. We are going to visit the Church of Our Lady of the Rock (sanctuary of sailors of the old times), and the museum built on the island. The Church is a shrine and a treasury which houses the biggest world collection of the silver votive tablets.
We then make a comfort stop at the UNESCO World Heritage listed town of Kotor. The old port of Kotor is surrounded by fortifications built during the Venetian period, and is a picturesque Mediterranean landscape.
Visit the old town and the Cathedral of St Thryphon. In the afternoon return to Budva. Dinner and overnight.

Budva – Cetinje – Lovcen – Njegusi – Budva
In the morning we drive towards Cetinje, The ancient capital of Montenegro, founded at the foot of Lovcen Mountain in the 13th century. It is located at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level, in a unique climate zone. The city is also called as an open-air museum and it is the country’s cultural center with many historical and architectural monuments.
Further we will discover the charms of Lovćen National Park and Njeguši while enjoying Spectacular mountain landscapes and visiting traditional Montenegrin villages:
We drive to Lovcen Mountain, a stunning natural space home to important cultural and architectural heritage, From Mount Lovćen, the country tool its name; Montenegro, meaning the “Black Mountain”.
We will climb the 461 steps to the top of one its peaks, Jezerski, located at 1,657 metres above sea level.
Reaching the summit of Jezerski, we’ll find the Mausoleum of Petar II Petrović-Njegoš, a Montenegrin poet, philosopher and prince.
Next stop is Njeguši, a traditional Montenegrin town hidden in the mountains. We’ll explore its picturesque streets and admire the views they offer of the Dinaric Alps across the bay.
We enjoy degustation of the famous Njegusi prosciutto, the locally produced ham and local cheeses. Evening return to Budva. Overnight in Budva.
