The old tradition of using thermal springs, continues in Serbia since 2,000 years ago used by the Romans for relaxation and healing of their legionnaires.
Serbian spas have mostly mild climate. They are ecologically clean environments, usually located at the foot of the mountains or in the low valleys, surrounded by forest, pastures, and orchards, and shielded from the strong winds.
The most visited SPA resort in Serbia is Vrnjačka Banja, where we will spend a full week of relaxation and exploration
In the areas surrounding Vrnjacka Banja we can also find centuries-old vineyards and a tradition of winemaking that stretches through generations, quaint villages where life is being preserved in its rural state, and the 12th and 13th century monasteries of Studenica and Zica, the endowments of the long-ago Serbian kings.
