Arrival at Belgrade Airport and Transfer to the hotel in Belgrade.
Afternoon Belgrade city tour including the main sites of Belgrade: Terazije square , National Parliament, Old Palace, New Palace, Kneza Milosa street – embassy district , Dedinje suburb, President Tito Mausoleum, St Sava Temple – the biggest Ortodox temple on Balkans , Slavija square , King Alexander boulevard.
During the walking tour – we will pass through the heart of the city – Republic square ( National theater, National Museum ) pedestrian zone , Belgrade cathedral, Princess Ljubica residence ( Balkan – Turkish style of architecture ) ,”?” inn – the oldest inn in Belgrade , Kalemegdan fortress – the place where once was the city of Belgrade ,now huge park with stunning views over confluence of Sava and Danube.
Welcome dinner in local restaurant with traditional meals. Overnight in Belgrade.

Belgrade – Viminacium – Smederevo (1 hrs) – Belgrade (1 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Viminacium (Roman geological site), which was the major city (provincial capital) and military camp of the Roman province of Moesia (today’s Serbia).
The city dates back to the 1st century AD and we will learn more about influence of Emperor Probe on development of wine producing in the Smederevo region.
After Viminacium we will continue to Smederevo fortress and Smederevo town which was a medieval fortified city and temporary capital of Serbia in the Middle Ages.
Fortress was built between 1427 and 1430, by the order of Despot Djuradj Brankovic ruler that continued to improve wine production in this region Smederevo Fortress was declared a Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance in 1979, and is protected by the Republic of Serbia.
Next stop wine tasting in the local winery that focus special attention on production of local grape variety called Smederevka. Along with Smederevka, other noteworthy wines are produced in the region, such as wines made from Italian Riesling, Sauvignon, Sémillon and Traminac. Among quality red wines Gamay stands out as well as Prokupac-based blush wines. Transfer back to Belgrade for overnight. Serbia Wine Tour.

Belgrade – Sremski Karlovci – Novi Sad (1.5 hrs) – Petrovaradin Fortess – Subotica
After breakfast we drive to Novi Sad.
Novi Sad was once the border area during the great Austro-Ottoman war, and now it is a cultural, economic, and trade center. Visit the Greek school and the Old Matica Srpska Library and Gallery( from outside), before viewing the intricate and iconic art inside the Orthodox Cathedral. City Hall, Liberty Square, pedestrian area of the town – Danube street, Zmaj Jovina street, “Banovina” – Monumental building of Executive council and Assembly of Vojvodina Province. A short break in the city center. After we continue to Petrovaradin Fortress, the best preserved fortification on the Danube River built during the reign of the Queen Mary Theresa. After Petrovaradinand continue along the path towards Sremski Karlovci, a town that is also known as the center of Serbian spirituality and culture. Here we will have wine tasting with lunch in Museum of wine and honey, where the hosts restored more than 200 years old tradition of his family in whose cellars are built and made the finest wines from Karlovci: Ausbruch, Bermet, Riesling .
After lunch break with continue towards Subotica. Visit to modern winery, located in the traditional wine region, on the Eastern shore of Palić Lake. A specific terrain, moderate continental climate and quality wine sorts give the wine a harmonious taste, very intense aroma.
With wine tasting, the evening will be spent at the famous farm with gourmet cuisine, which leave no one indifferent. Overnight in Subotica or close to Subotica.

Subotica – Fruška Gora – Belgrade
After breakfast visit of Subotica and ride to the Fruška Gora, the first National park in Serbia. Because of the impressive complex of medieval Serb monasteries, exciting history, extraordinary beauty and priceless spiritual heritage, Fruska Gora is also called the Serbian Holy Mount, after the mountain in Greece, where the Serbian monastery Hilandar is located. There are 17 Orthodox monasteries scattered over the outskirts of the national park, built in late 15th and 16th century.
We will visit Krušedol – a XVI century monastery which is considered for most beautiful monastery of Fruska Gora, and certainly with most important role of its time.
Fruska Gora National park has valleys and slopes that are covered with meadows, pastures and wheat fields, and on the slopes of the orchards and vineyards with famous wine cellars.
We are ready for new spells and new flavors of dry sparkling wine, Riesling, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Rossetto, Aurelius and Bermet’s.

After breakfast, Free time in Belgrade until departure transfer. Flight back home.
